the undead

very intrigued by profile of firm finers stephens innocent
and
then
trying to capture the data
re
stockholm school of economics
and stockholm law
and modern museet
and
bryggarsalen.

working on art.  want to ship it away from me, back into the infinite.

i can't say that i am as upset anymore.

utorrenting the iraq war diary
and moved the guantanamo torture prospectus over to a spare hard drive, for posterity

the damage is done to the war.

the war was never . . .
we are the undead, that is all i can tell at this point.
the dead are dead, and we are the undead.
the dead can be read about on wikileaks.

i have a lot of confidence in stephens firm, but now am very intrigued to understand more swedish law, as well as EU parliamentary law, of which there have already been numerous procedural errors.

read a case of a man falsely accused of rape suing google for search indexing him, and french courts attempting to sanitize the net, bc one is not guilty or namable until proven so.

and so this is a huge problem, that the swedish courts have released assange's name in such defamatory context against protocol when there has been no trial and no proof and in fact there has been retraction, and the admission of consent, on both occasions.

the violation of his privacy can only spring from political motives, such that marianne ny and her financiers must not care for swedish law or EU law, but something more powerful, USA brute force or international bully orgs and payouts.
for her to violate swedish law and EU law, on behalf of the war, is utterly criminal.
as if that word had meaning these days.
and then to also violate EU law demanding that all accused person have a right to know that which they are accused of . . .
which has been hidden up until thursday but merely bounced around the internet via fox news and the wall street journal, and other disreputable fake news spamdexes and scraper sites, like this one.

so the appeal as it comes up on monday, will put a halt to the shenanigans.
in the meantime,
we the general public, might start reading everything on mirror.wikileaks.info and wikileaks.org in their entirety, so we can have a feeling for how many people would love to create pain in the face of such human courage.

i think some people are impenetrable in terms of their iron will.
and so we, the undead, might download the pdf's of kaupthing bank fraud, trafigura poisonous racist eco-crime, barclay bank's corruption, or guantanamo torture methods, and keep the spirit alive.
for we all might die at any moment, and the oral history of these digital transmissions, will not abide by lies and liars
and they who would undermine the basic rule of law for a dime, or vengeance . . .
and who reveres the law anymore anyway?
no one.
it is a world of such viciousness, i cannot assay . . .
as all laws were written by human hands
as are other human things and the conglomerate of our culture
which perpetuates genocide in the middle east for our oil-soaked daily luxuries

and the humans who are crushed in the process might have no voice
and if one were to speak for the dead, that one might
suffer something worse than death

the living kafka novel
the trial

in which will leaves one hungry
hooded
electrocuted
waterboarded
raped mutilated
by war, by fellow soldiers
friendly fire
military sexual trauma (MST)
PTSD
breathing white phosphorus
to cook the lungs and lungs of babes
burning the evidence
this is civilization
i cannot wait to sleep again
and forget this waking nightmare
