bar code
feel like an actual bar code of myself---after getting a huge whack to the head, slicing open a zigzag scar just above my third eye.
three people have said it looks like a harry potter thing. funny, bc young boys used to call out harry potter after me as i ran through hollywood.
and so, i made it to london, a place i feel as home as hollywood, if not more. already such cute fashion and people watching.
sweden's austerity and perfection of design have cleansed my mind of ornament. the smog really bothered me in stockholm central. i think it is quite noticeable.
so someone stepped on my laptop, or kicked it during the four day delay trying to get to london. it took out a lot of pixels. i can still function though.
then within two hours of london, i sustain a head injury, which gave me such incredible nausea. hopefully braindamage, too.
i will have a lightning bolt scar on my forehead, which is kind of cool.
my left knee is totally blue, due to a foolish slide i took to the ground sunday, trying to save myself from being locked out of room with out a key. i can creep, but it hurts.
so, agenda wise, i want to go to the tates. i want to track down london school of economics and finers stephens innocent. they are really nearby now.
i told the cabby on the way to the clinic, that the thames runs with blood. that humans are fragile. that rights are not something we have, but that we must fight for.
i always get really emotional in cabs. he was from bangladesh.
i learned very subtle things about sweden.
like its okay to be racist in the newspaper.
or bureaucracy & complacency is expected.
that nobody wants to express liability for anything.
that coldness is a sign of affection.
massive levels of apathy seem to permeate everything. if there is joy, it is subdued and organized.
i kept thinking: this is what a civilization would be like if it were made by people as serious and depressive as me!
that they eat more healthy food than i can imagine. i am complaining about how healthy they are. really. too many flax seeds and vegetables and vegan smoothies available, all in impeccably designed packages.
they do like ham, which i find scary. huge piles of ham, to cancel out the vegetables.
strong coffee, perhaps too strong. i am not likely to complain of this. in fact i love it, but there are associated dangers.
so i am reading cables.
here are some links

for instance about this:

british defense industry
they have 10% of saab. i am mad at saab right now on account of the grenades and fighter jets.
so much money!
