which seem to express some of the skepticism i hold---
even especially in re: anwar al alaki extrajudicial assassination order and federal court defense of such an order


but it is seeming to hinge on the concept of his "citizen" status, which to me, seems utterly ideologically subservient to this artificial notion that citizenship might confer extra rights beyond that which is humane . . .
which is exactly the trouble with the off american soil guantanamo thing . . .
and yes
things are getting worse legally

yes we will execute citizens and non-citizens alike

and the idea of rights  . . .
