international law--ransom eng 1949 CIA post-hiroshima and 2011 post-wikileaks
International Law - Ransom Eng
deciding that all my school papers are going to be about wikileaks at portland state university where i am taking international law, the iraq war, and non governmental organizations.
consider CHILE activists Hunger Strike for Student Loan Debt Relief.
thrilled about the clean library and huge computers. first drizzly day in a while.
thrilled to have the good scan of the international law correspondence course from the 1940's my grandfather took as a luitenant commander of the Navy at the naval war college. it serves as an innocent cover for his work in the emergent OSS and CIA.
it's nice they are at that point pretending to care about international law, which existed as maritime law and really would be written post auschwitz, post hiroshima, and even more certainly, post Wikileaks, post Gitmo files, post Fukushima.
wikileaks heart SUDAN.
my favorite cable was of the criminal ICC meddling in the finances of the sudanese pres thy wanted to indict, creating a prop campaign to stir public revulsion about his economic embezzlement crimes, bc an extradition would be impossible without a propaganda coup.
is the ICC racist?
is it giving white-skinned war criminals a blank check?
cheyney?
bush?
the bush six?
this is the task of my generation.
to end genocide
end war crimes
end torture
end the USGVT deliberate attempts to hide their war crimes, and hide their knowledge of human rights crimes internationally
what is funny is that he maintained his naval standing even after the CIA under Nixon pushed him out. it is my goal also to digitize the FOIA request which summarizes the loose ends and amiguities of his career at the CIA and actually provides a glimpse into how they coded their projects and how internal political problems simmered.
ransom's international law studies i find slightly heartening, leading me to hope his government career attempted to reconcile the human rights crises post-auschwitz.
i awake realizing the letter i read about his assignment in DC and exodus from Japan, indirectly was about his evacuation prior to Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
wikileaks heart Japan.

the wikileaks human trafficking cables yesterday were grueling.
we cannot suppress this information.
thrilled with the cablesearch functionality and wonder who is operating it. and #wlfind crowdsourcing genius.
resolved to keep out of lowlife wikileaks subcultures including the sexist vicious potty mouths all over twitter.
committment to young women deserving a human rights discourse free of sexism.
but enormously greatful for the wikileaks project. it has been an adventurous year.
i notice @lockean keeps out of the petty squabbling of the wikileaks obsessed.
#opbart is rolling. week 3.
what will be a very interesting book will be
WIKILEAKS Human Trafficking the Suppression of the 21st century International Slave Trade by the USGVT.
and therein it will show how the USGVT knows full well the mammoth extent of this international human rights crisis, has well documented it, yet for economic reasons, dare not offend the client states directly by international activism of an informatic kind.
the weapons and oil cash flow is more important than human rights, obviously.
this slave trade in france for instance would expose the massive levels of racism
the human rights crisis in Norway where immigrant women are sold in the open on the streets of OSLO would disrupt oil and fighter jet sales and NATO alliance.
so USGVT i like a selective publicist with a BLACKMAIL strategy.
yes USGVT knows your dark secrets, has documented them well, and yet holds that info like collateral cognitive torque to coerce the client states into obeissance.
so in terms of international law, what an outrage.
who are being exploited?
the women of africa and asia.
who is hiding their abuse?
US GVT.
is this racist?
why yes, of course.
now thank wikileaks for getting this info out into the open so we can begin
a project
to FREE HUMANITY.
find @6 adrian Lamo's twitter posts both helpful and inane.
helpful: he twitters locale of bradley manning legal docs.
inane: his admissions he knows nothing of law, and his blind trust in such a failed body as the International Criminal Court (ICC).
as for the very tall boyfriend of the ICC lawyer who works in the computer store near hortorget in stockholm.
when you told me you thought i was taking wikileaks too seriously, i think you were drastically wrong.
i merely asked you what you think of wikileaks.
it was february.
the ICC with its selective racist prosecutions and UN governance is puppet designed to give an ethical whitewash to the dismal war crimes of the Torture Era. so truly, brushing wikileaks under the rug with the BUSH six war criminals will only work so far as a minimization strategy.
must go to los angeles now.
if i have the energy i will be raising hell with my documentarian and music and artist friends.
my LA Weekly contact is in seattle i believe.
obviously we need a press packet, a kickstarter, a foundational grant.
and i need stamps to send more letters to bradley manning.
and we need an international media that is not a agitprop puppet of the state department.
NYT!
why does glenn greenwald support the OSAMA killing post Gitmo files myth?
why does maureen dowd?
why are the best journalists in the USA supposed to be so gullible?
why has nicholas kristof not scruples to decry the NYT wikileaks GAG?
huffpo, liberal rock soup
we need to keep assange out of prison.
we need to fight the espionagist cyber-losers (USGVT) who let all their secrets spill all over the internet.
love the hacker news.
we really need to blame the US GVT for flawed security as Nadar so deftly put it.
as truly, the kids taking tents to DC on october 6 might just make more noise than marshall law is ready for.
on my grandfathers ashes,
viva wikileaks,
viva arab spring.
down with the third reich and the Torture regime of abu ghraib, guantanamo, and the bush six.
disbar torture lawyers
the velvet revolution was a peaceful revolution
velvet revolution, justice through music, and kevin zeese
forever.

and the sad part is seeing the optimism and naive legalisms of the 1940's bureaucratic attempts to prove they were not like the nazis, would never be like the nazis.
and then see too
the forced sex slavery
jugan ianfu
of japanese
as fought by karen parker of the humanitarian law project
http://www.guidetoaction.org/parker/c95-11.html
compare this with the national lawyers guild idea to Fight the Sex Slavery of women soldiers in the US Military who have a 1/3 chance of being raped on duty and a know proven documented risk of Military Sexual Trauma.
http://rapeisneverokay.blogspot.com/2010/04/i-feel-like-thing-that-rape-teaches-you.html
conclude also that the rape of male soldiers by male soldiers in the US military is smothered by the bureaucratic red tape which gags naive Veterans Administration personel who are also denied access to Wikileaks and Braingarbage from the Governement Censored Internet.
i am urging my mother to start an organization for medical personel to publicize and end this crisis of RAPE in the military immediately.
the extent of the problem is completely unreported.
they know.
