i wrote back:

i completely agree about the radiator fluid. servile dogmatic groupthink and censorship have poisoned the wikileaks scenesters.
i was so surprised how many London wikileakstas wanted me to censor my tongue in cheek experimental writing over at braingarbage.
it was supposed to be freedom of information---or no wait---not really.

i tried to keep an open mind.
i wanted assange's legal defense to stop doing gauche offensive things like attacking the rape victims.
i hoped i could help.

i soon learned that my bona fide attempts advocating for a clean, elegant, victim-bashing free defense for assange---were met with hostility.

from  a criminal law defense perspective--any accused criminal---deserves fair representation.
i believed assange to be the victim of bad lawyering.
i hoped someone would protect him from their vicious victim bashing---which i see is unabated on the horrendous 4corners ABC "documentary" which attacks the rape victims yet again and names and blames them.
that assange's lawyers despise the concept of rape shield law, is less surprising to me, than it was then.

i had a serious need to know: is this stupidity, ignorance, or willful malice, that assange promotes the cyberbullying of the women in sweden and the abuse of his victims by his lawyers media interviews.
in february 2011 i went to sweden to meet goran rudling who helped elucidate many things.
the saddest consequence of this trip was  the revelation that assange's misogynist rape victim stalker---blogger legal architect---had put a neo-nazi murderer on assange's rape defense website.
the website had excessive misogyny and defamation of unrelated women such as gudrun schyman.
i persistently tried to get through starting in June 2011 when the website debuted.
i was successful in getting some of the most vulgar and offensive comments taken off the defense site---including geoffrey robertson equating rape with toe-sucking foot fetish---so deeply unprofessional and disgusting--i cannot believe he has a shred of respect left.
perhaps i should have let the comment stand---re:my attempts to moderate the stupidity of the j4a/sva site.
when it became clear that rixstep had sanitized the nazi cop killer background of a prominent racist legal blogger.
i felt like.
ok.
wikileaks has no ethics when it comes to misogyny.
assange and jennifer robinson had written a piece for australian media defending the free speech rights of that racist with a TV show Bolt.
so i wasn't hoping they would care they had a Nazi on their rape defense web site.
i wrote them, nonchalantly.
they claimed---oh of course we don't want a Nazi on justice4assange.
they did not however delete the post until i wrote back 3 weeks later.
because i did not appreciate the ethical implications of this---both times i included john pilger and zac goldsmith MP and gavin macfadyen in these emails.
i wanted goldsmith to buy assange a better non-misogynistic defense website.
he could afford it---so i was amazed his english supporters let him continually shoot himself in the foot, legally speaking.
i wanted them to know that assange is sourcing a blogger with Nazi ties.
now rixstep stalks the victims and did so on twitter in may and june 2012.
that assange would continue to promote a blogger who stalks the victims is proxy harassment.
that assange continues to promote a blogger who put a NeoNazi Cop Killer Tony Olsson's article on swedish judges on Justice4assange---lets me know assange doesn't get why this puts his ethics into question.
when i have brought this up with jacob appelbaum he blocked me on twitter.
when i have brought this up with jennifer robinson she blocked me on twitter.
when i have brought this up with glenn greenwald he ignored me and then  blocked me on twitter.
others who have blocked me to censor this out are @m_cetera @jaraparilla.
wikileaks blocked me on twitter July 27.

to be blocked and excluded or expelled from the cult officially makes it kind of interesting.
the impact of the censorship---is that my questions about ethics go unanswered.
somerset bean claimed to not have time to look into rixstep's nazi issue.
i wrote david house because i was disturbed to see his image appropriated for the justice4assange.com website which had so recently hosted a neonazi murderer "legal" expert via rixstep who stalks assanage's victims.
the attacks on women for their gender in sweden in the section "gender politics" i find i find grossly offensive.
the attacks on gudrun schyman in particular are a good example of how assange seeks to prove his innocence by attacking women beyond the rape victims, who he bashes vigorously and regularly.
this drunken bar brawl approach to a rape defense is the opposite of what Swedish PR consultant Paul Ronge told Assange: to never attack the victims, ever.
Goran Rudling had offered similar advice in February.
What ever you do, do not attack the rape victims.
Goran Rudling went so far as to advise assange to critique the actual problems in the Swedish Penal Code which makes it very hard to get a rape conviction.
that if he took a high road of absolute concern for women's human rights globally he might have maintained a better image.

it encourages me to see profound intellectual independent thinking emerge from the cyberbully culture of total wikileaks groupthink.

i had a lot of curiosity about Swedish legal expert Brita Sundberg. she sent me a letter she sent to Jennifer Robinson admitting she is not an expert in the law of rape, but that she would do what she could.
what she did was attack feminism generally speaking as a rape defense.
these legal ops were clearly written in england, a point goran confirmed.
when FSI tried to get the swedish legal experts to sign the legal ops indicting feminism, goran rudling has said that he found this offensive and refused. that bjorn hurtig and sven erik alhem also found this british caricature of swedish feminism absurd.  brita signed her opinion, and admitted to me portions of it was written by jennifer robinson. as creative writing it reflected xenophobic cultural ignorance of swedish law, as a legal opinion it was clownishly absurd.
from an american rape shield law perspective jennifer robinson's subsequent victim attacks have shown her intellectual vacuity or moral corruption.
problematic is the american center constitutional rights of michael rattner who held the Vatican's child rape up as a "crime against humanity" yet gives assange total free passes to rape with immunity.
the corruption of the legal atmosphere is clouded with false authority.
JPBarlow of the Electronic Frontier Foundation has dismissed the rape allegations as merely "ungentlemanly" behavior.
I spoke to an Attorney in the San Francisco about how Jp Barlow's Rape Opinion might damage the reputation of their organization. She agreed.
nevertheless---such false authority figures---who perhaps did good work in the past---are giving moral blank checks to assange---i would not give to any human.
i do not believe in the death penalty.
i also dislike the virulent verbal character attacks on assange which are sometimes uttered in frustration.
the prevelence of them is an indicator of a popular frustration with his flight from justice.
there is a way for a suspect to receive adequate legal counsel---and conduct an appropriate legal defense---without slandering an entire nation, its legal system, its women, its gender equity policies, and the rape victims themselves.
if assange had conducted a dignified defense we might have a lot more respect for him or ability to presume his innocence.
what is very clear---is that the verbally hostile tone he employs on twitter is very unsavory to those of us with an eye and ear for PR.
the shock-rock approach only goes so far.
the nastiness and insensitivity to women---found attacks from Assange promoted blogger Marcello Noli on Lesbain Non-Traditional Families from Sweden to be a part of the Feminist Conspiracy against Assange.
Assange also promoted Noli's claim that Criminal Law researchers in Sweden who study Honor Violence in Islamic Immigrant Communities are a part of the Anti-Assange conspiracy.
i know this makes no sense.
Study of Honor Killing was evidence of Fascist Feminism Xenophobia against Islamic men.
I'm like what assange, should we just let Islamic people kill their daughters like with Fadime Sahindahl?
things became utterly hopeless around this time.
my willingness to give wikileaks the benefit of the doubt crumbled.

that assange's victims do not sue for civil damages for harassment surprises me. the e-evidence is abundant.


demonstrable cyberbullying against davidallengreen included a death threat i witnessed from a pro-assanger who threatened to dismember his appendage and shove it down his throat.
this kind of death threat and mutilation threat is what legal bloggers face---methods of wikileaks cult censorship enforcement do include threats of violence including numerous reports of women threatened to be raped for blogging about the assange rape case.
the recent syphilis attack from the nazi promoting victim stalking rixstep fits this pattern.
rixstep's unsavory history generating spambots to sell viagra---would be an indicator that his record is not clean enough to be a reliable asset.
assange's moral standard is so low, he doesn't care, as we can see also with his promotion of the oscar swartz book which makes a joke of rape calling it "free love."
wikileaks is dead.
