trespassing at blue dolphin part two
now, the blue dolphin thrift store is a business entity in long beach, washington.
an elderly woman, grandmother of tina leeper---lunged at princess charming and i, on thursday May 22, 2014, shouting at us outside by the front door of her charity shop business.
her lips were twisted in anger and bitterness.
i was scared and saddened to realize, the worst is true.
i peacefully explained that the accused could agree in arbitration not to step on the thrift store property, even though she has shopped at goodwill her whole life.
that i had taken the accused to court May 12, 2012 on basis of the trespassing charge leveled by tina leaper, the grand-daughter of the owner.
i explained that we are attempting to negotiate a settlement regarding an elderly woman who is being starved by northwestharvest.org distribution site Nazarene Church at thirteenth and pacific ave.
princess charming and i have attempted to negotiate food from the food bank for the ostracized lady.
i explained to her we had just spoken to kris kaino, the accused criminal defense attorney in astoria, and told him we would seek an affidavit towards dismissal of the trespassing charge against an elderly disabled woman, who has experienced rape, domestic violence, and now exclusion, harassment, and ostracization by the long beach peninsula community.
attempting to advocate for someone who cannot advocate for herself, we explained that she feels over-charged for a forty-dollar pair of used shoes and a fifty-dollar mirror.
most of the accused disability income goes to her greedy landlord susan o'dell of st. helens who also owns safe harbor and the property by the chinook gas station recently drug busted and now for sale.
it is unfair of the blue dolphin to predate disabled people's incomes and over-charge them extortionate prices and then kick them out after they have mugged the disabled person's entire discretionary income leftover after the extortionate landlord-swindle at safe haven.
blue dolphin abuses the disabled on many levels.
the pariah spoke to her lawyer kaino and explained she is terrified of losing her home, being jailed 90 days, or billed a 1000$ fine.
the emotional distress of being beaten your whole life, raped, abused has culminated in this crisis of exclusion.
there is a lack here, of resources for someone so wise.
supper table thrift store donated fifty four books to the safe haven library for two dollars. i gave the accused one of the natural healing books.
tina leaper's grandmother does not allow tina to use the phone or email.
tina has long hinted that her grandmother is abusive. princess charming and i saw it in the flesh.
tina herself makes hideous comments about strangling people or wringing their neck, in front of customers.
i brought this up to grandmother as threatening inappropriate behavior in front of customers.
tina leaper also does passive aggressive stalking with customers including handwritten letters nd text messages with "do you hate me?" and "never write me again."
i explained if she is being abused by her grandmother she should call crisis support network.
ben pickering and i donated 300 dollars of goodwill jewelry containers to tina leaper who has denied us any of the profits.
we made our donation, expecting to be *friends forever* and keep the women of the peninsula feeling pretty and loved.
we wondered why tina refused to share profits. why her prices were escalating.
i backed off the property as tina's grandmother screamed at me in front of customers.
kim pickering mentioned that she may get a lawsuit for her discriminatory treatment of people with disabilities.
i explained to grandma that the prosecutor has indicated that the disabilities of the accused have prevented a previous trespass charge from going forward as the accused is unable to assist counsel.
i sat with the accused at the St. Mary's Catholic Church attempting to get a St. Vincent de Paul donation for her. we then spoke to kris kaino from the Catholic Church rectory parking lot, over cellular telephone.
he assured us that he would begin working on this case.
(the day before, wednesday May 21, i gently explained to grandmother that tina leaper had excluded a harassed disabled domestic violence victim, who also lived on site the recent shooting at safe haven, and who is harassed there, and formerly homeless.)
princess charming said fine, call police.
on day two of speaking to grandma, as i backed off the land, i shouted to princess charming, that this is america and there is twenty year old law called the americans with disabilities act, not being followed here.
