secrecy and the far left

the only moderating force on secrecy in the far left, is megalomania.

if desire for publicity outweighs the gagging instinct, then the far left trends towards transparency.

we of course know this to be true also for far right despots.

the "humanity" of leftists and rightists necessitates this publicity/secrecy bipolarity.

it is interesting to me, that gag orders come from all sides, leading me towards the refreshment of misanthropy.

it may be the case, that certain persons on both sides of the false divide, lend towards actual open-ness and honesty.

but my limited experience is that humanity is nothing but petty dictators, vying for control of the narrative through censorship, gagging, intimidation.

it's darwinian of course, as it all pertains to a survival of the particular entity.

i view these political polarities as illusory.


the key basic, is individual differentiation.
i view the political posturing, as a system of signs upon which entities vie for survival of their particular unique persona.

the political postures ensure a social credibility.

for me, my posture trends towards opposition to gagging and censorship.
that ensures a certain credibility among social entities i tend to associate with prestige.

for those that would censor, gag, or block my cognition, i consider it very much within their right, to ignore, block, and issue petty gag orders upon me.
it may enhance their self-interest, but it may backfire.
they might condition their gag requests, with the possibility of blowback.

gagging and blocking, tend towards self-sabotage, especially amongst persons who purport to be transparency-inclined.

anyone who should consider me subject to some imagined rules of secrecy in their transmissions to me, might consider the fact that this URL was chosen as a place to vent re: the tyrannies of aries stig harder.

so to be true to its origin, BG should not lend itself towards sanitation of personality, false publicity, or generation of sycophantic accolade.

if i am temporarily "under a spell" a certain amount of sycophancy may emerge. but in all likelihood, it will blow over like a storm, and is no reason to presume a "right to sycophantic praise" to be ongoing.
