 The shelter worker called the police the police then called Osarch orak then the police staked out the joint thinking of ways they could close down the concert 

they decided to accuse people of smoking 10 ft from the door and threatened a citation for littering

 they were told they could have no more bands after 10:00 p.m. they had some nice music on the stereo playing thereafter

 Scott Lee will go to City Hall on Tuesday I am unclear as to whether or not there's a citation or a ticket or some procedure there is no noise ordinance and it is a commercial zone.

 why homeless people are sleeping in an overcrowded dungeon basement with 22 bunks in a commercial district thereby restricting businesses opportunities to create an Arts and Cultural atmosphere is a rather curious thing in Astoria Oregon

Does astoria Oregon need to rezone the commercial District in conformity with residential shelter basement bunkers which do not provide wheelchair access?
