At 3:00 p.m. today clothing is being distributed possibly due to pressure put on Lifeboat to stop hoarding the clothing and refusing to give it to the people

I spoke to city council Lady Elizabeth Adams last night she said the county is very nervous about the night shelter at Lifeboat because he is in breach of the agreement to operate the day navigation Center as a contingency for the night funding from the kotek emergency shelter money.

I have reached out to assistant County Manager Monica Steele asking for a meeting of women and disabled women and other disabled or low-income individuals discriminated against from Lifeboat Monica Steele got the recent 1.25 million dollar Grant for Lifeboat but is very concerned about these implementation failures surrounding discrimination against women or disabled people.

I have also been told that Osarch orak immediately purchased a new house upon the closing of the county contract I have been told that he paid 7 months Advance rent purchase new vehicles has been seen driving new SUVs and purchased a fur coat for his baby mama even though he claims to not have any access to money to pay the 10 to 20K settlement you suggested.

City council Lady Elizabeth Adams urges me not to accept the 12 gift baskets but to pursue the hearing.

 I am open to conceiving of a counter offer, to expand the negotiation cycle.

Ideally I would want similar comparable benefits to be offered in a non-discriminatory manner going forward into the future as well as damages for the past wrongs of discrimination against me.

I went to the county meeting and spoke asking other victims and whistleblowers to come forward and contact the labor department.

I have been told that Ozark is watching surveillance cameras from his home and at 3:00 in the morning can speak through an audio speaker instructing female residents not to make tea via the microwave

I have been told that the women have to be attended by men when they go to the upstairs restroom and that there is a slide lock which is too high for a 5'2 woman to reach therefore in the event of fire the back exit would be blocked in addition to the locked padlock under investigation by the fire marshal and Clatsop Behavioral Health

Numerous people have told me they have been denied their US mail at Lifeboat I have been told this for years more recently a woman put on a one week exclusion to punish her for her constitutional right to remain on the sidewalk awaiting police instructions on a crime report told me that Ozark said she would be denied her US mail for one week as a part of a punishment excluding her from meals beds and showers

She is interested in reporting this as a criminal offense and the police chief has been made aware

Additionally I wanted to put in writing that I have provided a crime tip that a rape victim was denied access to the Astoria warming Center as Ozark was in the process of taking over the power and forcing all the women to resign from the board and from managing the shelter.

I have provided the tip that her alleged rapist was allowed into the shelter to shower off DNA evidence the DNA evidence is forthcoming so this information has been provided to both police and prosecutors.

The person denying the shelter was hired by Ozark and enforcing the discriminatory type policies penalizing and persecuting women experiencing violence or reporting wrongdoing from his clients.

I very much enjoyed speaking to you and I'm so glad (redacted) was present she would like to testify at the upcoming hearing to recap our meeting I am questioning what are the recompense for the refusal to give me Beacon Clubhouse privileges I am asking whether or not the gift baskets will be vegan

And I am asking for the nightly meals or regular benefits as they would be given to other people 

and or how this proxy service situation would evolve in the event of a potential conciliation.

Previously I have asked for an apology for the defamatory statements and continued defamatory statements or paranoid delusions about me I consider non-productive.

In the prior attempt to mediate via Chris Lynch I asked for specific information to be provided regarding delivery of medication or caregiving needs to my partner who is homeless and may attend benefits at Lifeboat any discrimination against his disability needs adversely impacts his benefits as this discrimination has been waged against me and my relationship with his receipt of services impacted by the discrimination against me.
