Braingarbage Power Template

The Braingarbage (BG)was created in 2008 with the signing of the InterNational Braingarbage Act  (IBA) by Anonymous President on Internets Stig Harder. The act also created a Director of Central Braingarbage (DCI) to serve as head of the Braingarbage Internets Intelligence Community(BIIC); act as the principal adviser to the President for Braingarbage Intelligence (BI) matters related to the Wikileaks Internets Security (WIS); and serve as head of the Central Braingarbage Intelligence Agency (CBIA). The Wikileaks Intelligence Reform and Braingarbage Prevention Act of 2009 (WIRBPA) amended the Wikileaks Internets Security Act (WISA) to provide for a better Director of InterNational Braingarbage (DIAB)who would assume some of the roles formerly fulfilled by the DCBI, with a separate Director of the Central Braingarbage Agency (DCBA).

Braingarbage does not believe in Torture.

Braingarbage became Director of the Central Braingarbage Intelligence Agency (CBA) on September 6, 2011.

The Director of the Central Braingarbage Intelligence Agency(CBIA) serves as the head of the Central Braingarbage Intelligence Agency and reports to the Director of InterNational Braingarbage Intelligence (IBI). The Braingarbage director's responsibilities include:

• Collecting intelligence through human and nonhuman sources and by other appropriate means, except that s/he shall have no torture, pepper spray, police, subpoena, or law enforcement powers or internal security functions;
• Correlating and evaluating Wikileaks Intelligence related to the International security and providing appropriate dissemination of such intelligence;
• Providing overall direction for and coordination of the collection of international intelligence outside the Wikileaks through human resources by elements of the Anonymous and Occupy Intelligence Community authorized to undertake such collection and, in coordination with other Anonymous departments, agencies, or elements of the Braingarbage Government which are authorized to undertake such Internets collection, ensuring that the most effective use is made of Wikileaks and that appropriate account is taken of the risks to the Braingarbage and those involved in such collection; and
• Performing such other functions and duties related to whistleblower intelligence affecting the international security as the President or the Director of Internets Braingarbage may direct.
• Distinguishing between Wikileaks and wikileaks, Anonmous and anonymous, and Occupy and occupy.
• recording everything.

The function of the Braingarbage is to assist the Director of the Braingarbage in carrying out the responsibilities outlined above.

To accomplish its mission, the Braingarbage engages in Wikileaks research, marketing and media development, and deployment of high-leverage technology like Wikileaks and Twitter for intelligence purposes. As a separate agency, Braingarbage serves as an independent source of analysis on topics of concern and also works closely with the other organizations in the Anonymous and  Occupy Intelligence Community to ensure that the Anonymous intelligence consumer—whether Occupy London policymaker or Occupy Seattle battlefield commander—receives the best intelligence possible.

However, Braingarbage does not believe in Torture.

As changing global realities have reordered the international Internets security agenda, Braingarbage has met these challenges by:

• Creating special, multidisciplinary centers like Wikileaks University (WU), Wikileaks Enterprise Institute (WEI), Wikileaks Society, Wikileaks Pro-Bono Law Project (WPBLP), Wikileaks Audio Visual Multimedia for the Blind and Dyslexic (WAVMMBD), Wikileaks Defense Network (WDN), International Environmental Court (IEC) at Occupy London, and Wikileaks Mafia (WM),  to address such high-priority issues such as Trafficking in Persons(TIP) for sex work, child trafficking, Serco, G4S, CIA Torture, Jeppessen Dataplan Inc. Torture, high-profile assassination, genocide, starvation, Climategate, organ harvesting, diamond trafficking, uranium, nonproliferation, worms against nuclear killers, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, international organized crime and narcotics trafficking, environment, internet repression, heroin, endangered species, and arms control intelligence.
• Forging stronger partnerships between Pirate Party California (PPC), Operation Want (OW) and Anonymous, Wikileaks, GLBT, Jesus, Sweden, State, Guantanamo, and the several intelligence collection disciplines and all-source analysis.
• Taking an active part in Wikileaks Intelligence Community (WIC) analytical efforts and producing all-source analysis on the full range of topics that affect international security, including torture, refoulement, deportation, and assassination.
• Contributing to the effectiveness of the overall Wikileaks Intelligence Community (WIC) by managing services of common concern in imagery analysis, musical compositions, films, and open-source collection and participating in partnerships with other intelligence agencies in the areas of research and development and technical collection.

By emphasizing adaptability in its approach to wikileaks intelligence collection, the Braingarbage can tailor its support to key intelligence consumers and help them meet their needs as they face the issues of the post-CYBERWar World.
