it is within extreme sorrow that i wish to clarify to the reader that i disapprove of many of wikileaks sexist PR agendas, and have been attempting to reform and help them evolve to a place of less hatred. my original interest in wikileaks was regarding the human rights potential and environmental law and international law progress that would come about from more information. now that wikileaks has descended to new nadirs of sexism and male domination and is now promoting swedish rape-porn conflation joke-book: i must very clearly state i ethically cannot support this. since 2011, there have been many other ethical problems i approached through my blogging and published letters. i am deeply sorry if this is disturbing to people, as it is to me.
it was a great horror to hear the news, and confront the unknowable. what is known, is that the PR Machine that is @wikileaks is now a very un-progressive retrogressive anti-woman character assassination machine. wikileaks supporters attack me regularly for my honesty.
i am also saddened by the anti-islam message and the neo-nazi affiliation. extremely saddened.
pretty overwhelmed with my discovery that claes borgstrom who is seeking the extradition of julian assange to sweden is also seeking an investigation under international law for carl bildt's involvement in Lundin Petroleum's contribution to arming militants, executing genocide, and war rape and other crimes and carnage in Sudan for the Swedish oil companies wealth.
overwhelmed because the categorical demonization of claes borgstrom by the pro-wikileaks pro-assange camp, appears to have some trickiness.
it was pre-mature. or was it.
i most certainly apologize for blaming him for the murder of anna lindh, to cover up for his partner thomas bodstrom's participation in CIA torture and extradition from sweden to Morocco and the Egypt.
why if thomas bodstrom was indeed complicit with deportation to torture as was alleged---and claes borgstrom as partner in firm, shares responsibility for the Swedish CIA extraordinary rendition torture program gagged out of american courts by the case Mohamed v. Jeppesen Dataplan, Inc.
and that seems to place claes in a harsh light----

in the mean-time i got a solid message 22 march 2012 when assange linked to the article blaming women's rights activist in islam for his legal problem.

gudrun schyman confirmed it was 'new information' that julian assange's defense website attacks her work on domestic violence in a plainly irrelevant ploy to demonize her and prejudice the media and possibly even the supreme court of england.
from the document i hosted for assange that was used on this website scribd recorded 7600 hits, which isn't that much considering how much some of us study the case.
what i first liked about swedenversusassange.com was the secretarial aspects of data display for law. law can often be a musty dusty books kind of affair and getting programmers involved in data transmission and legal literacy expansion is one of my favorite subjects.
but the harshness of the website towards women and sweden i found very much in error and damaging to assange's credibility as "human rights" campaigner.

which by way of association appears to suggest that the women of sweden are porn stars and sexually liberal---a tired cliche as ever---and that therefore julian assange did not rape because all swedish women are porn stars, the net effect of this rapey attitude is a violation of rape shield law.
the thing with subliminal marketing can easily be demonstrated by the next sexist mutation in the assangists assang-o-sphere in which a twitter account is joking about the swedish prosecutor marianne ny, so roundly decried as a "radical-feminist" by the ridiculous liberte-info.net, chasing porn stars.
so that's tasteless.
i know not to check the wikileaks feed unless i am strong enough to handle what next abuse or nasty epithet is flung into the ether.

what is the domestic violence & rape scene like in germany? i know parental rights are inferior to sweden. but i saw FAZ panning wikileaks antifeminism. i know german women would not stand for it either and that they are strong.
my friend from germany had her teeth punched out her face but never made a police report bc "we're not that kind of family" even though she was progressive and environmental---it struck me as very interesting that she would cover this up. perhaps she didnt trust police ever.

the human mind is always evolving and taking in new information.
there is a lot of hope in that.
of course that's a part of being a writer or a creative person---is getting meaningful understandings and communications going.
i have been very inspired by some of the new heroes emerging.
it can also be a culture thing. i think americans can be extremely outgoing and out-spoken. in europe i felt shut down-----especially in england---by all the censorship attempts. it was quite funny to me that the information freedom movement would include so much censorship.
it is nice to operate with integrity and morality and i cannot condone the very hostile and verbally abusing style of much of the wikileaks supporters lately.
i shouldn't lose my internal barometer over this.
but on face value, we are all anti-war, have a lot in common. my adherence to the notion that women are humans and equity cannot be removed from the human rights game---
is just a stance.
i could easily say its right to attack rape victims, curse on twitter and link to porn.
i could.
but i'd be lying to myself.
i am fortunate to have lost a lot of naivite about the wizard of oz.
so now that i understand more about sexism and racism in europe----i am not as surprised by the collective mistakes of the law team in allowing the mistakes and bad PR to continue.

also appreciative i am that he brought up marital rape in the UK and it's migration to the European Court of Human Rights.
the failure to asses the marital rape norm in emmerson's argumentation on behalf of assange in July 2011, was a huge legal blind spot, which i did not see properly addressed outside of Clare Montgomery's prosecution.
repeatedly, i made attempts to encourage @swedenvsassange to document the consent norm and marital rape norm variation as they speckled the european law.
they instead have gone for the eternal conspiracy theory----much to the harming of their case.
i am not sure why assange's lawyers cannot protect him from these undue defamations of un-related women in sweden, as well as persistent reference to rape shield violating bloggers such as rixstep, rick downes.

anyone who has studied assange's defense websites would find numerous problems designed to prejudice the media, which also destroy his credibility.
what level of media management might protect a client from making a defense website which paints a xenophobic attitude for sweden, a violation of rape shield law, or attacks on other unrelated women, which are defamatory and sexist? a website which attacks the primary service provider for domestic violence victims in sweden, and domestic violence activists in sweden as a part of an alleged conspiracy.
i enjoyed very much dinah rose's comportment and calm, but i am at a loss why the english legal community is not pointing out the fact that assange's legal team has allowed him to imperil himself further through disastrous sexist sloganeering on his defense site, and then through derivative fan blogging which is both vicious, rapeshield violating, and attacking of miscellaneous women.
i wonder too, how it is that this has escaped gareth peirce's notice and jennifer robinson's.
the mistakes have been vast including the citation of a neo-nazi mass murderer's opinion about the legal system, as well as blogger's who regularly violate rape shield law. the effect will discourage future rape reporting.
i have conceived it as legal malpractice in a digital sense, and an attempt to prejudice the justices and courts.
