Ben Pickering has had another accident concurrent with his pattern of repeated accidents due to the spatial orientation, equilibrium, and depth perception problems with his Blind Left Eye and Traumatic Brain Injury. He was just seen by Dr. David Johnson who has personal understanding of head injury.
David Johnson will provide a second opinion on the CAT scan.

Doctor Mark Waliser recommends six months rest.

His Blind Eye was injured today in the accident. He is unable to afford proper Medically Advised Safety Glasses for the protection of his blind and seeing eyes. If anyone at the the District Attorney office, Metro Defenders, City Hall, or Portland Police would like to contribute to Ben Pickering getting safety glasses, this very basic medical prosthetic device may save him future injury.

I apologize for my poverty.
I am dismayed by my inability to locate Ben Pickering's eye surgeon who must evaluate the damage the Portland Police did to his reconstructive surgery on his Blind Left Eye.
Ben's mother's stroke has effectively blackboxed many original records, but i haven't given up.

He is prescribed Tramadol for pain and recommended to have ongoing care with Dr. Bellinger.
Needless to say:

Once again Public Defender Dawn Andrews: DO NOT SCREAM AT BENJAMEN PICKERING on the phone, as it only worsens the headaches he suffers from the Portland Police Brutality, the homicide attempt by Corey Johnson, the security guard assault at Providence.

Ben Pickering has requested you be terminated from your role due to your open hostility to Ben.

It should go without saying that Verbally Abusing or Police Beating a rare blind TBI patient is against doctor's orders, but strangely, in Portland, anything goes.

i will update you as of contact info if it arises

Any assistance achieving appropriate Blind Dog or Care Dog, or safety measures or ameliorative relief greatly appreciated
Ben Pickering today made attempts to call IPR and Auditor to assist with investigation
