Following up on this matter with you. I have been in contact with Mr. Pickering’s attorney, Dawn Andrews, and we have discussed resolution of this case. Ms. Andrews indicated that she is familiar with you and your advocacy on behalf of Mr. Pickering. I assure you that we are trying to resolve this case in the most appropriate manner. Ms. Andrews has some additional work to do on the case before we can resolve the case. I anticipate she will request more time to finalize the work at the next hearing. I will have no objection to additional time for Ms. Andrews to complete the necessary evaluations. It is my hope to resolve this matter in the best interest of all those affected. Thank you.
