Lone Vet on Trans Pacific Partnership on Thursday March 26,2015 Multnomah County

I will be talking about TPP on Thursday March 26,2015 during communication.  I am sending you this info in support of that presentation and will follow it up the best I can.  The main reason for using our time is to let Senator Wyden know that he has a special place to ensure "Fast Track" does not happen and the trade deal is open for review by all senators before voting begins.  From Working Families,

We take the position that "Fast Track" will hurt many people who cannot stand to be punished by another terrible trade deal and ask you to use your good offices to oppose this action and to come out and officially oppose the lack of transparency from the Obama Administration.  We expect both our senators to stand tall and join the chorus of activists who have taken a position of a no vote on this issue.  We stand with Sen. Merkley, and Sen. Warren who we expect to cast a no vote unless "Fast Track" is taken out and TPP is fully debated in the Senate.  We will call for a primary challenge if Sen. Wyden abandons us and votes to support this action by the senate.
