the notion that discussing gunrunning to drug cartels is rude, seems to have Larry O'Dea tickled, as in his position as police chief, he might not be asking that question, but he knows what David Kif Davis is saying is particularly relevant to anything re: community safety and the DOJ.
i'm not saying Larry O'Dea broke his frozen pose exactly, i just don't think he's that ignorant of the implications of the question.
