Portland's Community Oversight Advisory Board (COAB) is working with the Portland Police Bureau on a Community Engagement and Outreach Plan (CEO Plan), and wants to ensure broad community input into the plan's vision and recommendations. In this initial phase of developing the plan, the COAB is asking the Portland community "Three Big Questions" about their vision for the police-community relationship, as well as ideas for how to achieve that vision.
