Dear Rabbi Cahana, 

Hope you are doing well.

David Kif Davis has unearthed some stories about the Baptist Minister Matt Hennessee's raping of his 12 year old female relative. It caused him to lose work, and the issue became a concern about background checks.

I have called Mayor Charlie Hales and left him a message about apologizing to Dont Shoot Portland for asking them to appear at a church run by a man who sexually abused a minor.

Be careful.
It appears you attended due to some of the Mayor's tweets.

Charlie Hales judgement has seemed off especially following the Larry O'Dea shooting coverup.
This information was was brought to my attention today, and i have not received information from Mayor Hales confirming his knowledge of the abuse.

I do feel, that as a sexual assault victim, i would not feel safe or welcome at a church which has a permissive attitude about child rape.

I think the only proper thing at this point would be for the Mayor to apologize to the Dont Shoot Portland community.
