under the Law Enforcement theory of Riot Prevention, hiring, protecting and shielding Controversial or Killer Cops is such a provocation, i allege PPB and Mult. DA are not making wise decisions for the public order and public safety, or even PR.

McMann, possibly Emon is the young Lad Lawyer tasked with trying to Convince Barry STull he never heard of BOLI or ADA.

Just because John Chandler has not yet been indicted for Lying to a 911 on the Corkscrew License to Brutalize Mary ENg lie 6/29/16 doesn't mean he can't Lie perfectly well as usual on the stand re: Charlie Hales persecuting Barry Joe Stull.

Michael Cohen has expressed contrition for the bullying that has led your office to be affectionately nicknamed Witch Trials Un-limited by me, yours truly.


How do you feel about doing Charlie Hales Dirty Work, blackbagging activists ONE-By-One in violation of numerous federal and Oregon Laws?

How do you feel about using known liars as witnesses?

Barry Stull is a very learned near jail-house lawyer.
His being bullied by Portland City council has gone on for years.
This pattern of Gaslighting activists into a state of emotional distress has gone on too long.
I urge you to dis-associate from the crime of Charlie Hales.

Ted Wheeler has been informed that i asked him to resign.

That was step 1, but the task is not over.
Jon Rhodes at Internal Affairs is investigating Todd Engstrom's brutality and work on the 911 lie. He knew it was  lie/ license to abuse/kill/Taser whatever.
It was nice of them to let me know they are duplicitous enough to work like that.


It would be dishonorable of me to not make sure you explicitly understand how corrupt this situation is.


As for Barry, he needs medical attention, and supplemental income, and social resources, not persecution, bullying, exclusion, brutality followed by a Witch Trial.

My dad was sent to Multnomah COUNTY for social services work.
I consider it a Buy-One get one free deal with the Engs. So now you get to deal with me.
