Hey Mary:
My research as depicted in the 1994 attachment was destroyed along with my medical marijuana garden by PCRI in 2006. Dr. Grimm testified in 2004 on my behalf when I was facing felony pot charges for pot I had that I got where the police left it as trash in 2003. Jason Sery shot and killed the unarmed black motorist James Jahar Perez in between my bust and trial. My appeal of the conviction was thwarted by PCRI's eviction. The Oregon Court of Appeals determined, as I did, that the limits on possession under the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act are on "usable marijuana" as defined by statute, and that determination, in State v. Castilleja (or such) was opposed by two judges, now Oregon Supreme Court head Brewer, and Edmonds, who wrote the opinions in Stull v.Hoke before and after the Oregon Supreme Court decision. If you go to Google Scholar Case law, search Stull, and check the cases citing Stull v. Hoke, you find the pot case I just mentioned, and those two judges, citing it in the dissent.
Peace (our most important product),
Barry Joe
