@itsmikebivins provides some great coverage of important news around Portland.

To my knowledge he is informative and respectful.

It has come to our attention through the work of Angela Greben, that his twitter account is muted By @AmandaFritzRN.

I would highly recommend an inclusive Twitter PR protocol, so that individual citizens and journalists do not feel discriminated against.

I find the information he provides helpful and interesting, and imagine he would like to be able to follow and communicate with Commissioner Fritz's Twitter PR unimpeded.

Hopefully, this muting was an error.

A Policy of unblocking might be more reflective of modern way of thinking about the internet.

I hope that this can be a Win-win for everyone. It's nice to see Dan Saltzman blocks no one.

I offered to write him( Bivens) a letter of reference re: Twitter Status, and am making good on my promise.
