Is it possible that the missing letter from Bent-Alpert was sent to the wrong old address?

Is this the basis of your appeal cancellation: failure to update an address thruout the entire IPR system.

I assumed my questions would be answered via email.  They were not.

Email is fine.

I did give a reason on my appeal form, and i would like a scan of it.

It appears something is Lost In Translation.

I apologize for not understanding the strictures of your deadline.

terminating my appeal less than thirty days after promising to set a date, seems out of order.

And then where is the missing letter you reference?

How can i answer letters i do not receive?

You did not respond to my questions, so how can i understand the timeline of your sudden appeal closures and deadline.

there was no stated deadline in your request for more info. I took it as an open-ended request, not some special Demand, by which you would terminate my rights, as in an ULTIMATUM.

None of this is clear to the viewer/victim/appellant.

Please be more clear, and i could try to comply with your requests.

Again, ADA rights apply.

And clearly my lack of telepathy does not negate my rights.
