today my defense attorney, Lane Borg emailed me that he would resign from representing me due to a conflict of interest.

so that means i am currently my only advocate.

as i consider what fun it would be to represent myself pro se, this might be a good thing, although i looked forward to getting to know mr. borg.

so whatever file or records you might have about osarch orak's obsession with me, i would like.

those might be the "crime" report associated with A20230708

and any other compounded files osarch orak might have generated to try to target me due to being a low income person seeking services in this county and generally concerned with the welfare of the poor.

thank you for sending his criminal record to me about his firearms as a felon burglary.

i might be able to purchase more of his criminal history, and might need those in my defense, so please tell me if i could have those as a part of discovery.

i assume i am entitled to the report(s) as a courtesy of my right to a defense as an indigent person, but let me know what charges you may like to take.

forgive me, if i do not know the proper way to obtain these records, any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

i assume this case is a waste of your time largely, based on a misunderstanding of osarch orak's targeted retaliation against me for reporting his own sexual innuendo misconduct and other crimes---up to and including his threat that "i am lucky he didnt press charges on me" for lies he made, which is itself a threat to lie to authorities, an unethical threat you see.

i believe his mistreatment of me and the poor to be so offensive that authorities need to step in and prevent him harming vulnerables, so i hope you enjoy my best intentions, and whether it is important to you to paint me as a criminal to punish me for reporting disability and gender discrimination to BOLI or not, osarch orak is a traumatized individual, who has suffered greatly in his life, for which i have compassion.

i am very enthused about anyone who helps the poor, but the way he is mean to certain poor people, is something that needs a lot of help, so i hope we can use this case to get him the help he needs so that disabled people and women can get equal services, without any discrimination, and i hope the harbor and CCA will get on board as well, we have so much room to grow, as a county!
