his being aggressive with me in late March coincides with my reduction of services.

Osarch's "cornering me" incident was in February.

Quentin's assault on Dwayne was in March.

my email was in May.  (just for basic timeline)

he verbally abused me for being a survivor of gender based violence and telling him his unwanted touching of a threatening kind was very triggering.

his name is "cory quint" from san diego and arcata/eureka california area.

i have instructed him to never put his hand on any women's throats ever again, and warned all the homeless women to look out for him.

he was gone for several months---and returned approx july 18

i was quite startled to see him, assuming he was fleeing jurisdiction. 

he is the person i allude to as "you would never believe did this"

he is about 6 foot tall and wears a beard, suffers alcohol and pot addiction, and i was told later, uses meth.

most fundamentally, are you saying i am not allowed to report crimes to the police? to BOLI? the DOJ? city hall? the county?

how can you truly help the homeless, if you are whitewashing the real adversity they suffer for the sake of glamourizing a non-profit providing salary to a very limited amount of paid employees.

that sounds like exploitation.

surely you do not mean to disinhibit my reporting discrimination to relevant agencies and non-profits?

since the organization cannot handle crtiticism, it is best to move on to people with greater training in best practices and organizational management.

additionally the monopoly needs to be broken, as one purveyor of meals cannot unfairly deceive the public that the homeless are being fed, kick out the homeless and needy, take credit for an only partially filled need----and then face no competetive market.

it is only natural that some one or thing will rise to fill the gap---even alan evans of helping hands appears to be trying to craft a new seaside more "low barrier" type project.

maybe the people osarch kicks out can move to seaside for serivices.

that would make LiFEBoat less accountable and transparent.

if members are "kicked out of the lifeboat" are they presumed to have full US constitutional rights to freedom of speech and association?

osarch and erin have asked the neighborhood not to report crimes to police.

i do not think if that is what they mean, it is in any way binding contractually.

may i have copies scanned in a pdf form of the member agreement you cite, so i can look at the language?
