"the Harbor" domestic violence center doesnt want district attorney ron brown to try to punish me with court ordered discrimination from VAWA funded services, bc dah---that would be mean, that would also be a huge civil rights violation, unethical, and jeopardize their funding and legitimacy

amazing how the boys hate it that women get help with. their abusiveness.

they would even like to flagrantly violate federal laws, to turn this into more of a taliban-style anti-woman ambiance.

oh, what frightening misogyny.

first osarch orak wants to scream at you and your domestic violence advocate on speaker phone.

then DA ron brown wants to say because osarch orak was abusive to you, you no longer get VAWA funded services----bc

clatsop county hates the federal law? or just want to resist it as long as they can? or are they genuinely ignorant, how concerning! regardless.

you recorded his abuse for the state investigator and other victims

is ron brown personally mad i reported the mess to BOLI, or is he just generally irritated me for my incessant report making...

oh gee i wish he'd go catch a fentanyl dealer and do some real work and stop all these FLUFF cases with the ladies he likes to pull their pigtails.

CLATSOP NEEDS A VAWA TRAINING

or lawsuit.

or DOJ tank like jonas geissler to roll in from washington D.C. and overhaul their crooked backwoods ways.

so the young polite deputy DA from Texas was down with relaxing this down, thank god, and i got an instant confirmation and sympathy, thank god, what horror this has been.

osarch orak's name was looming in big letters on the video monitor in court today.
he was breathing in on it.
not showing his face on the video monitor, not showing up in person, just listening.

the judge looked to be

OVER the case instantly.

as in.
over it.
he said i sounded intelligent.
ill order the voice file tomorrow.

i got in APS reports. APD report on assault.
DHS referral to BOLI.
state v. Lissy.
veritas.
steve singer lawsuit.
techdirt on bullying of the child who records it on IPAD case from techdirt---in which charges against the kid FINALLY dropped.

i spoke softly, calmly.
got approved for pro se, bc i am supposed to feel sorry for the state of oregon for botching their public defense system
and make no bones about the mass violation of constitutional rights.

and the DA seemed to be handing to me a win---referencing my huge stack of veritas v. schmidt i put in the dumpster dived file folder from the catholic church---

with reference to emily reyneke's similar prosecution.

her attorney lane borg will argue for a dismissal, which could result in a quick dismissal of mine.

other wise ill be going to her jolly trials as i process ron brown's war on whistleblowing women.
ronald jumped in the elevator to leave the office early---- processing my glorious posse of supporters....
i said Hi Jim to a man senior in age to ron brown---and my convivial court circus went heavenly, with even a news reporter from the astorian, heavens!

just as rabbi bari cohen called, holy moses, such great timing.

and then we schmoozed city council later at the plaza planning meeting and the millionaire crushee----got all the young ladies and the fresh air, and then off to the overdose event and free delicious tres bros food cart and piles of narcan and end overdose t-shirts....

Thank you so much.

I have forwarded yr response to prosecutor Alexander Thomas.

Thank you for your kind response.

I am doing a bit better today, but it has been quite painful and isolating.

Thank you so much and I hope we all find healing

Hi Mary,

Thank you so much for reaching out about this. I want to let you know that we would absolutely waive a no-contact provision for The Harbor. That was not something anyone has discussed with us, and it's not something we would want to implement or enforce. You are most welcome to continue to utilize The Harbor's services and resources. Please let me know if you need any of this in writing, and I would be happy to put together a letter for you on The Harbor's letterhead.

I'm sorry you're going through this experience. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need emotional support, resources, or referrals.

Hi Ms
Klein I'm updating you about the case today.

I found out that a similar recording case will be heard October 6th in which an attempt to have the entire case dismissed in reference to the 9th circuit District Court of Appeals veritas versus Schmidt may affect the case regarding the recording in question.

if that is the case it would be the duty of the district attorney to drop the case.

If it is not dropped, my case will proceed to a November 3rd Hearing in which my motion to dismiss will be heard.

today due to the public defender crisis I have accepted self-representation in respect of my limitations.

the district attorney representative Alexander Thomas told me what plea bargain he is offering me 12 months probation and a $100 fine with no contact with Ozark Iraq and Lifeboat and also the harbor.

he said in the case of the harbor I could contact you to find out if you would be able to waive the no contact provision of my proposed probation.

I have not accepted this plea deal but I would like to know how flexible you are.

if you must speak to your legal counsel that is understandable and if it takes some time to contact me in that regard I understand as well or if you are not able to contact me at this time I understand as well.

I am not in any hurry to accept this plea bargain,

 but I'm exploring all offers.

also if I were to become homeless I would like to entertain the option that Lifeboat not discriminate against me for food and shelter and the district attorney let me know that is also on the table that I could negotiate away that restriction but it would be up to them to decide if they want to continue to discriminate against me as a function of the plea arrangement.

This case has been very personally devastating as I reach out to you over a year ago about the sexual harassment from Ozark Iraq I continue to suffer from issues surrounding gender-based violence and appreciate very much what you have to offer and I don't feel that the district attorney should infringe on my rights to receive services but I don't know what kinds of work around you have other than me moving away or referring me to the Gateway Domestic Violence Center if I need you it is been very devastating to me to see your Advocate do such a good job trying to Advocate against the experience of being discriminated against and then it being framed is me being in the wrong when I wanted to defend all the women of my County including your Advocate but I would never want to make her uncomfortable and so I understand this is a very unusual situation I am also processing the fact of multiple violent assaults in this County and feel that I need your resources and I feel that this case should not have been waged because it's caused me so much mental and emotional distress and I have fears about my safety associated with the violent threats I've had to be knifed by one of Ozark supporters and then different drug dealers and I am worried about Ozark because he used to carry a gun when he was dealing meth and I want him to be very much deescalated to me and I don't like that he's trying to damage my name fortunately I don't have much of a criminal record so it already looks like the district attorney doesn't want to make much of this I apologize for the Deep distress this case must have put your workers in I never thought to do them harm I thought my recording was perfectly legal under one party consent recording State and I believe my interpretation of the law would uphold at trial thank you for considering renewing availability of services I asked one of your workers if it would be possible to know a day I could come in when your other worker is not there but I do not want to make any of you uncomfortable at all so let me know what is best
