You don't often get email from maryeng1@gmail.comLearn why this is important

hey

for a beginning settlement proposal for conciliation with "LiFEBoat DBA Beacon Clubhouse"

these

points

seem important

1. women GLBTQ survivors should not be kicked out or bullied at Lifeboat for reporting sexual assault by Lifeboat clients or prior perpetrators

2. women GLBTQ survivors should not be kicked out of Lifeboat for reporting sexual harassment by staff or osarch orak or sex offenses or drug dealing or gender GLBTQ discrimination by osarch orak

3. people with mobility aids such as wheelchairs, walkers, canes, should not be kicked out or bullied at Lifeboat for their impairments, including incontinence

4. people who witness crimes committed by Lifeboat clients or workers should not be kicked out or bullied for reporting crimes, such as the recent injury of a Lifeboat client who was hit by a car by a Lifeboat worker.

5. Lifeboat caregivers discrimination should stop:

people who provide care, medication, or protection for disabled individuals and/or family members should not be kicked out to create "family separation" or hardship for the disabled person, or to evoke worry or distress, or serious life-threatening medical consequences for the person missing care and medication, or to enable criminal acts of drug-pushing or financial crimes against the disabled person

6. people with invisible disabilities who need the services at Lifeboat should not be bullied for reporting their disability needs or face discrimination for letting their needs be known

restoration: erin carlsen's offer of employment to me for a job crafted around my skill set as an advocate

training and posting

emotional damages unknown,

including for verbal abuse, being called a "Bitch" at Beacon clubhouse by erin carlsen to my my friends lucy wahl and clarence larkins,

who are willing to testify about this and ALSO osarch orak harassing about sexual innuendo about "sucking his blue balls"---

including fear of grievous harm due to threats and verbal abuse

threat by Lifeboat employee  i will be "knifed to death" threats i must "leave town" bullying from neighboring businesses or people affiliated with the lifeboat sex offender who was forced to resign from Lifeboat recently

unfair discrimination that osarch orak kicked out gigi, tracy, me, patty, vanessa, and alienated diana, andrea

the loss of voices of female advocates, witnesses, and activist voices has irreparably harmed the last remaining survivors who have not been bullied off the island

apology for false accusations against me

repair for men who feel unsafe around osarch and must avoid services due to his pattern of bullying and harassing their loved ones

restoration of rights to services

board of directors to restrain osarch from further harm to the vulnerable

settlement and accounting for all wages paid and all donations garnished from the homeless

and used to enrich osarch orak, while he practices discrimination and harsh treatment against the homeless low income, vulnerable and disabled.

restoration of community assets to the community.

accounting for why osarch orak is now denying the homeless and low income food since the 1.25M$ Kotek housing grant thru monica steele at the county---assistant county manager ---who assures the human services committee that following ADA< or Civil Rights laws are not county business, but state and federal matters.

accounting for why the homeless food donations are now being delivered to the senior center while the homeless starve

loss of meals 637 days since my May 19, 2022 whistleblower letter to erin carlsen,

was read by osarch orak without my permission, triggering him to ragefully kick me out of Lifeboat

possibly 500 meals missed, or snacks, adversely affecting me financially

meals offered M-F weekdays until december 2023

clothing, shoes and coats voucher allotments monthly

incidentals such as sleeping bags, tents, deodorant

  2. report david rubio is no longer with lifeboat----likely due to injuring a client by hitting her with a car, and treating her in a discriminatory way after the injury when she sought services. reports he has a story to tell . . .
