Hey I just wanted you to know that Chris Duffy of Meals on Wheels Seaside repeatedly groped me

 I pushed his hands away calling him an abuser he then forcefully and violently pushed me down pinning my arms and legs as he grinded his genitals on me against my will 

he is 6 foot 7

I was completely overpowered 

I have asked Clatsop Community Action to stop promoting Seaside Meals on Wheels until they remove the unprosecuted sex offender & take accountability for putting a sexual predator in a position of power over vulnerable elderly women

 when I published information about this assault which happened in 2017 

 a woman from his past emailed me to tell me he had done something similar to this assault to her in 2005 and had such evil in his eyes when he attacked her that she has never forgotten it

I was uncomfortable reporting his astoria assault to a male police officer but eventually overcame my reservations and concern that they would not take it seriously or be sensitive with me.

When he was interviewed by police he told them he was merely "wrestling and tussling" me as he has done to other females

 it is inappropriate for a man of his size who is being rejected romantically to forcefully grope and grab the breast of a woman and then violently pin her down when she has clearly rejected his advances

He asked me to volunteer for Meals on Wheels

I was Disturbed he was not prosecuted and asked district attorney for a meeting.

The da granted me a meeting with the investigating Officer Ken Hansen to uncover why Adult Protective Services detailed his bizarre confession of wrestling me which was the euphemism he used to admit that he forcibly pinned me down in this aggressive violent sexual act that I did not consent to.

Ken told me I was confused.

Ron Brown minimized the assault and implied it was consensual

 I was horrified knowing that our district attorney and investigating officer was so dismissive of women reporting abuse

I applied for a stalking protective order.

 he then hired a divorce attorney who attempted to pry into my medical and personal records my hard drive and prior experience of domestic abuse to bully and intimidate me out of my protective order.

Judge Mattias helped them gang up on me in the courtroom

It is my understanding Chris Duffy never goes in public places Beyond work because he is so ashamed of what he did to me

Please feel free to publish this as a letter to the editor or share with your boss

It is deeply traumatizing to know how troubling it is that a person with such an abuse pattern would be put in constant contact with vulnerable people

Elderly also complained of inappropriate contact from him--- but this was pushed under the rug by victim services in the District Attorney's office

Deeply disappointing: every level of Northwest Senior and Disability Services Department of Human Services and of course the seaside Parks District who asked him to resign and then backtracked with the Special Districts Association of Oregon got worried he would sue them

Sorry this is such a disturbing story I thought you might want to possibly avoid giving him such a platform to try to rewrite his persona

Of course the background in Clatsop County corruption has informed my current work exposing the abuse at nonprofits that put predatory men around vulnerable people

I thought I'd add the new police chief to this email as a historical backgrounder because until we have very adequate sexual assault trauma informed Care at every level from police investigation to therapeutic

 I do not think victims should be forced to be their own Advocates and be denied legal counsel when attempting to represent themselves and be outgunned when predators have greater Financial Resources to bully and intimidate

 I really appreciate that I have been able to rebuild my connection with officer Hansen

 but this initial sense of despair in which his tolerant demeanor included tolerance of a sexual assault against me 

caused me great pain 

now I realize this type of dismissive situation impacts many more people who report than I realized at the time

It would be wonderful if we built resources in this County that encouraged more people who suffer abuse to come forward and not feel that they will be intimidated by position power money attorneys or the sway that such positions  purchase
