I spoke today with Rachel at the Bureau of Labor and industries regarding the discrimination against me as a disabled person with low income.

I don't know if you have authorized any direct communication with me,

but I am anxious to get a conciliation going.

 I think it looks like you have the right skill set and a background in discrimination to set the nonprofit on a better course.

My training is in paralegal.

my partner is suffering heart failure stage 3 kidney and liver cirrhosis.

 a lot of my advocacy surrounded predatory and violent incidences against him in the homeless scene.

 it is my goal that my homeless partner be able to access any shelter service without harsh discrimination against me as a caregiver.

The retaliation I have experienced from lifeboat clients has been very severe: many proxy incidences of bullying have happened including one recent one from a Lifeboat client who assaulted a man in front of my eyes he recently called me c u n t the street ----harassment I would definitely like to stop, as well as the death threats. I was threatened by a lifeboat employee that I would be stabbed to death for reporting the discrimination at Lifeboat to the Bureau of Labor and industries.

I've also been told I need to leave town and that everyone in town hates me.

I do not think it is reasonable in any way for me to live under that type of death threat as a low-income person with substandard housing and a homeless partner.

Your client may not have informed you that numerous Witnesses have told me that he asked the homeless and the low-income and mentally ill people of Lifeboat to suck his blue balls.

His partner Miss erin Carlsen told me she would protect me from him in an email I am willing to share with you. she said she would protect me from further encounters or dealings with Ozark and she told me I am not like that regarding Ozarks false allegations against me.

I opened up to her about surviving numerous violent assaults from men. it is very upsetting to have to relay this information to yet another man when the very fact of my gender victimization seems to be a part of the lifeboat discrimination against me.

She said she would try to reduce my contact with male employees including her partner and only have contact with females.

 he preemptively kicked me out to punish me for reporting his abuse and assaults I had witnessed or experienced.

as a sexual assault Survivor I find this sexual harassment of homeless women very degrading especially given the high amount of domestic abuse sexual violence the homeless women experience on the street.

Numerous men found this very degrading as well as other pejorative treatment which is regular at Lifeboat.

I applaud the solid steps forward towards more education around invisible disability.

 the architecture of the lifeboat facility prohibits Wheelchairs and disability Walkers and is Harsh towards anyone with arthritis or Associated physical disabilities inappropriate for a very steep staircase to a dark windowless basement.

I am inspired by a report on France culture TV that even brothels in Germany are regulated so that they cannot be in dark damp unhygienic basements.

I have suggested to the county to collaborate with the city to bring codes into order so that shelters are not in damp dark basement.

I witnessed a brutal assault of an elderly disabled man and stopped attending lifeboat for my safety.

Ideally any tax money going into Social Services type nonprofits should not have any civil rights discrimination.

I do not feel safe around the sex offender who recently disappeared from his employment at Lifeboat.

he harassed me personally and I was harassed by a lifeboat client who put his hand around my throat and tried to force unwanted sexual contact on me.

I was very disturbed when Lifeboat refused to care about the trauma of witnessing violence or experiencing numerous assaults or threats of assault from the clients.

The general prevailing Ambiance was that calling cops could get you kicked out of lifeboat because anything you witnessed might endanger the existence of the shelter.

 this anti-snitch culture while common in Ozarks background as a meth dealer to the very homeless he now treats harshly at the shelter--- is not an appropriate way to run the shelter and has alienated the police in the community who have seen evidence of heavy drug use in the low barrier community.

Ozark has personally called women b**** and rat at the facility he also makes fun of my partner behind his back as well as makes fun of another man with liver cirrhosis who exhibits neurocognitive effects.

I do not believe that disabled people should be ridiculed or mocked by people running their service program.

people that buy and sell fentanyl have told me that they did drug deals at Lifeboat and Ozark turns his cheek and looks away and allows that to happen.

People tell me they go there to buy meth.

Please take with a grain of salt any paranoid type delusions your client promulgates. he has a demonstrated pattern of lying about me that stems from original instances of harassment of me and which I rejected his flirtatious eye rolling and attempt to get me alone with him.

He is reported by Astoria Police Department to have a gun in his backpack when he was arrested in this County engaged in burglary and he is also reported to have lied under oath to send the wrong person to jail in a shooting burglary he was involved involved in in Multnomah County.

He has also admitted to stealing a disabled woman's care dog in Gresham and it was in The Oregonian and koin News The Manhunt for him.

Numerous people who have engaged in drug dealing, drug trafficking for the cartel, violence and tumultuous Behavior are welcomed at Lifeboat whereas I have never engaged in any such behavior and have been falsely accused.

 I want you to know I'm a good person I studied paralegal at Los Angeles City College and have cared for the homeless and disabled my entire life.

Homeless and disabled women asked me to Advocate against Ozarks meanness and discrimination to them and I Rose to the occasion.

I was disturbed by reports of racism and racism eyewitness from his clients as well as violent assaults against minorities or targeting specifically from Ozark against minorities of glbt or other status.

I am very glad I did so despite the immense distress it has caused me and the immense retaliation which has hurt me in numerous ways thank you again for your involvement in this case.
