I was kicked out for reporting sexual assault denied meals for reporting Osarch orak sexually harassing several of my friends asking them to suck his blue balls my concerns about drugs and violence were met with a total ice out Ozark threatened me with false charges he has excluded and starved numerous people frequently women or very disabled people architecturally the structure of the facility prohibits wheelchairs they openly discriminate against disabled people I reported them to the labor department they have currently hired a discrimination lawyer to negotiate with the labor department on a substantial discrimination claim they continue to discriminate against me for 2 years they never gave me any arbitration mediation or dignity I feel very abused I was threatened by numerous of their clients including with death numerous of my homeless friends who are harassed or assaulted have left town if that's what the city wants is a violent dangerous shelter that bullies people out of town that may work for the antihomeless agenda they have meanwhile raised their salaries they discriminate against Gigi the cbh worker they demanded she resigned from the board of the warming Center they demanded I not take a position as on the board of the warming Center they demanded Tracy resign from the warming Center women who have been discriminated against include Vanessa Patty with severe Mobility impairment me my friend Lorraine has been called a rat by Ozark to her face she's been called a b**** they also hired a sexual offender who exposes his genitals to the homeless women,  assaulted transperson, injects people with drugs he recently left town or went into hiding pending investigation they are currently forcing my disabled woman friend with cancer to sleep on the sidewalk telling her that because she waits outside the shelter because it's the only place she feels safe and because she cannot stand up that sitting on the sidewalk therefore invalidates her right for a bunk bed it is very difficult for her to get down the stairs her disability Walker is difficult to get down the stairs she finds it very difficult to bring her belongings down the stairs women report men having to determine what type of underwear they wear the locker room talk is abundant there is a man there who sexually assaulted my friend at Deals Only he carries a Knife by his side a man told me he does fentanyl deals there numerous people report purchasing meth there the man who assaulted the man who went on the stabbing spree the shelter still goes there he assaulted my friend who is a paraplegic there with no consequences they actively discriminate against calling the police Ozark concealed his criminal record from us we did not know he was a burglar and a meth dealer and carried guns prior to becoming a shelter worker there are some good people that work there and I do want anybody to get sandwiches food or sleep but a lot of the women feel very uncomfortable and coed housing I suggest city code be written the prohibits the use of basements as dark and dreary and overcrowded and unsafe it is also been reported to the fire marshal for fire safety by somebody at class of Behavioral Health who's concerned about the firetrap status also they are manipulistic they sabotage my friends reference they kicked out numerous friends of mine who are African-American Latino or gay they are openly discriminatory against people of vulnerable status when I reported the use of the n-word and (neonazi) statements the people who engaged in racism were protected whereas the people who were victimized were excluded
