I have lived in Seaside, Oregon for the past 38 years, most of them with KSWB, Seaside. For the past 16 years, I have been a Realtor in Seaside, with Pete Anderson Realty, Inc. I have extensive knowledge of the area, it's people and businesses. I simply love dealing with people from throughout the country and showing them what a great area I represent.

Specialties: My specialty is the relocation of families to our lovely Seaside area and helping them feel comfortable here.

  I also did the signon shift starting at 6am each morning. In addition I did interviews, sold advertising, wrote and produced commercials, did play-by-play football, bastketball and baseball....and am a licensed broadcast engineer. I co-owned the radion station in St. Helens, Oregon until we sold it in 2007. I was a broadcaster for just short of 50 years.
